"An extremely massive bio mechanical alien entity created the earth (or supposed to be, there's the moon over there so i guess its earth hehe). "It" created the "core" from its "mouth" then eventually manipulated it and created a massive planetary mass that can sustain life."

Note: if you zoom for about 200 X you can actually see some inhabitants in its body

Took me about an hour i think, looks complex but just random lines here and there anyway lol.
(hmm, i think i might add this to the supposed to be manga im thinking...)
